Together For A Green And Clean Ulaanbaatar

As a part of the changing city of becoming a greener Ulaanbaatar a concert was held to raise environmental awareness through out the public about this issue. Paige and I went along as friends had some spare tickets. The night started off a bit boring when a three act play was performed it dragged out a bit long. Once the assortment of musicians and singers performed the concert was very enjoyable. As a back drop there was a very large screen that pictures were projected onto it which covered the issues about the environment, I thought this was very well done.
The highlight of the concert for us was when we saw Degi play the electric violin. We had meet Degi a couple of weeks earlier at a friends BBQ and learnt she was a very well know violinist here in Mongolia so it was nice to see her play at the concert.
I think it was a very good idea to help promote awareness here in Mongolia about the environment and hope it works.
